The Office of Fiscal Management accounts for all fiscal activity of the department in conformity with requirements of the Office of State Budget and Management, the Office of State Controller, the Department of State Auditor, the Department of State Treasurer and federal funding agencies.

The office also files timely financial reports, purchases and pays for goods and services, invoices user agencies for central services, and recommends and administers fiscal policy within the department.

The office also provides the same services for the Lieutenant Governor, State Ethics Commission, Office of State Personnel and State Board of Elections.
