Vacant positions are posted externally for a period of ten (10) workdays. Each posting includes a closing date for accepting and considering applications for employment. The salary range indicated reflects the minimum and maximum rates of pay for a particular position. Starting salaries are generally limited by the amount budgeted for and individual position and starting salaries above the minimum are based on the selected applicant, relevant experience and training, labor market consideration and the need to maintain internal salary equity.
