The Department of Administration uses a performance measurement system to ensure
employees understand their job along with the key responsibilities and
measurable individual performance expectations.
The performance management system aligns employee
performance to show individual contribution to division goals and the overall
strategic plan of the department. We encourage all our employees to strive to
perform above the goals set in their performance work plan. By exceeding the
goals set, each employee enhances their own career success, the success of their
agency and the success of the entire Department of Administration.
