NCDOA Policies and Procedures

The department's Policy and Procedure Manual is divided in three sections: General Administration (GA), Fiscal (FISCAL) and Human Resources Management (HRM).

At the beginning of each section document is a table of contents and index.

Each item in the table of contents and index is linked to its respective location within that document. By clicking on the assigned number of a policy or procedure, you will automatically skip to that policy or procedure within the body of the document.
