The HUB Office is charged with collecting data and determining compliance with N.C. General Statutes 143-128.2, 143-128.3, 143-129 and 143-131. These Statutes pertain to the utilization of minority, women and socially and economically disadvantaged owned businesses in State-funded construction projects. The compliance section also serves to assist public entities in maintaining reporting requirements.
