Web Services
The web services team provides advice on best web practices and works closely with colleagues within the agencies and commissions of the department. The web services team also works closely with the Communications Office to maintain a centralized web update process to maintain internal and external department web sites.
The department has adopted a departmental web policy GA-048
that outlines important infomation. All NCDOA web update requests must be submitted through the Web Update Ticket System.
Please review the Authorized Web Coordinators listing to locate your division's coordiantor. To be added as an authorized user, please have your manager email web.update.tickets@doa.nc.gov to request your access.

Web Analytic Reports
MIS Web Services can provide your division with a report of web visits and/or hits at your request. We are only able to provide the raw data in PDF format which is obtained directly from the ITS Web Trends server. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with the analysis of this information.
Please note, data is only available for web sites managed by Web Services on the doa.nc.gov domain. Information is not available for web based applications.
To obtain this report, please submit a ticket via the Web Update Ticket System.
Posting Documents and Forms
Please make sure your final document / form is ready for posting (not in draft format) before submitting through the web update ticket system. Documents cannot be edited or compiled by MIS.
