The North Carolina Accounting System’s (NCAS) company/center will be your account number with the Mail Service Center. Bar codes have been created and supplied for all company/centers (accounts) validated in NCAS.

The billing system will accumulate the cost of postage on a monthly basis. This amount will be charged to your NCAS account and an email sent detailing the changes.
