The Public Information Office (PIO) oversees and directs internal and external communications, media relations, issue/crisis management, events, publications and customer service for the Department of Administration.

The PIO also provides graphic design and web services to divisions. Activities include the preparation and execution of information programs, publications and events related to the department's key objectives.
