William E.H. "Zeke" Creech was appointed General Counsel to the Department of Administration by Secretary Moses Carey Jr. in June 2010. Creech serves as the chief legal officer for the Department, providing legal advice to the Secretary, the Deputy Secretaries and the Department's Division Directors while managing litigation involving the Department. He is responsible for statewide implementation of the Department's legal responsibilities and for guidance in the Department's objectives, including procurement, construction of state facilities, state property matters, advocacy initiatives and legislation. Additionally, he serves as the Department's Ethics Liaison to the State Ethics Commission.
