Law Enforcement Only Items

The State Surplus Property Agency routinely receives notification of declared surplus from North Carolina agencies involved in law enforcement. Most of these items can only be sold to other law enforcement agencies and cannot be sold to the general public. These items consist of, but are not limited to; blue light bars, sirens, body armor and riot batons.

Law enforcement departments of State Agencies and Political Sub-divisions (counties and municipalities) should contact the State Surplus Property Agency for the procedures on how to obtain any of these items of interest.

Please check this site often for updates.

All payments must be made payable to the State Surplus Property Agency in the form of a Cashier’s Check, Certified Check or Money Order prior to property being released by the state.
