Retail Stores

To be more cost efficient, the State Surplus Property Agency operates a Retail Store at the warehouse location in Raleigh, NC and has authorized the operation of Off-Site Retail Stores in several of the universities across the state. Common items declared surplus may be found at the retail stores that are marked for immediate cash sale. Common items selected for retail sale include, but are not limited to: office furnishings; desk, bookcases, filing cabinets, chairs, credenzas, office supplies, books, calculators, copiers, white goods, audio visual equipment, building materials, kitchen equipment, housekeeping equipment, automotive parts, etc.

Items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS." There are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or RETURNS.
