Seized and Unclaimed Property
The State Surplus Property Agency is responsible for selling property that has been seized by the Department of Revenue, Unauthorized Substance Tax Division, Unclaimed Property (Escheats) for the Department of Treasury and Prohibited Items collected from airports.
Drug Seized Property
Drug seized property may include, but is not limited to: cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATV’s, generators, farm equipment, lawn and garden equipment, jewelry, furniture, appliances, televisions, stereos, DVD player/recorders, VCR’s, video games, computers, shop equipment, hand tools, power tools, etc.

Prohibited Items are priced and sold daily in the Drug Seizure Showroom.
Monday - Wednesday. 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Monthly Quantity Sales
When quantities permit, monthly first come-first served sales are held the last Monday of the month.
