Opportunity: Paid internship/scholarship opportunity for College Juniors.

Details: The Youth Advocacy and Involvement Office alerts college juniors to an opportunity by BCBSNC as they seek to build the diverse talent pipeline that will fuel growth and success. The BCBSNC HR-Talent Management is coordinating a structured college internship program for the summer of 2012.

This 10-week program will provide BCBSNC with the opportunity to identify and mentor a diverse pool of entry-level talent, potentially capable of filling full-time employment opportunities after graduation.

The BCBSNC internship program gives students real-world project experience along with exposure to many areas of the organization. BCBSNC staff will be visiting campuses across North Carolina in February. Details: The Youth Advocacy and Involvement Office alerts youth to the 8th Annual Youth Summit of Wake and Johnston Counties. Youth will enjoy a day of fun-filled workshops and hear from motivational speakers that will better equip them for a successful future in their educational and employment pursuits. The Summit is open to youth ages 14-21. Keynote Speaker is Thomas Barksdale II.
