This contract specifically does not cover items included within the following contracts: 475E – Medical-Surgical Supplies

NOTE: Items that are ‘Blocked’, ‘Restricted’ or cannot be found in the punch-out catalogs are not covered under this contract.

This is a mandatory Statewide Term Contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities, community colleges, and non-mandatory entities including schools and local governments.
