Federal Surplus Property is part of the Division of Surplus Property. Our donation program enables certain nonfederal organization to obtain property that the federal government no longer needs. The Federal Property and Administration Services Act of 1949, as amended by Public Law 94-519, provides for the transfer of surplus property to eligible donees within the state of North Carolina.

Federal Surplus Property is Not Available to the General Public.
