2711B - Maintenance, Repair and Operation (MRO) Supplies and Equipment

The contract covers six (6) categories:

• Electrical / Lighting (Electrical Equipment, Lamps, Ballasts, Fixtures, and Lighting (does not cover theatrical lighting))
• Industrial Supplies and Equipment (Abrasives, Adhesives, Sealants, Lubricants and Coatings, Controls, Instrumentation, Testing and Measurements, Fasteners/Hardware, Fluid Power, HVAC/R (does not cover HVAC-Air Filters), Material Handling, Mechanical/Power Transmission, Plumbing/PVF, Welding)
• Janitorial Supplies and Equipment (Trash Bag Liners, Floor Maintenance Machines)
• Machining Tools and Automation
• Hand and Power Tools (Power Tools and Accessories, Outdoor Gardening Supplies and Equipment)
• PPE and Safety Supplies (Work shoes, Boots, Masks, Gloves, Batteries, Safety and Security)

This is a mandatory Statewide Term Contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities, and community colleges - unless exempted by North Carolina General Statute. Additionally, non-mandatory entities including schools and local governments that are allowed by North Carolina General Statute may use this contract.
