946A - Procurement Card

The contract covers procurement cards (also known as purchasing cards) which enable organizations to make expedite applicable transactions quickly and efficiently by minimizing paperwork and processing time.

This is a mandatory Statewide Term Contract for state departments, state agencies and state higher education institutions (except under the conditions specified in G.S. 115D-58.14(a) and G.S. 116-13). This contract may also be utilized for the convenience of non-mandatory state agencies and other eligible entities.
