The North Carolina Procurement Community of Resources & Engagement is a community of practice designed to bring together professionals, practitioners, and stakeholders who share a common interest in advancing knowledge, innovation, operational excellence, and best practices across the PCORE community.
The Community of Practice provides an inclusive environment where members can:

Whether you are new to the field or an experienced practitioner, the PCORE Community of Practice welcomes participants from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels.
Who Can Join?
The PCORE Community of Practice is open to individuals who support, contribute to, or have an interest in the PCORE mission and related operational areas.
Eligible participants may include:
- State agency employees
- Local government employees
- Higher education institutions

- Operational and business staff
- Technical and system administrators
- Procurement and contract professionals
- Compliance and governance professionals
- Subject matter experts
- Approved external partners or stakeholders
Participation may be subject to review and approval to ensure alignment with the goals and governance standards of the Procurement Community of Resources & Engagement
