Procurement Community of Resources & Engagement (PCORE)
The Procurement Community of Resources & Engagement (PCORE) replaces the Procurement Information Portal (PIP). PCORE is a centralized resource for North Carolina public procurement professionals. It connects procurement professionals, subject matter experts, and stakeholders through shared resources, collaboration, professional development, and procurement updates.
Members of PCORE can:
- Access procurement resources, tools, and templates
- Share knowledge and best practices
- Collaborate to solve common procurement challenges
- Ask questions and connect with subject matter experts
- Stay informed about training, guidance, and procurement updates
PCORE serves all areas of public procurement, including the acquisition of goods, services, information technology, and other procurement related topics.
Who Can Join?
The PCORE is open to individuals who support or contribute to public procurement in North Carolina government agencies, universities and community colleges.
Eligible participants may include individuals associated with:
- State agencies
- Local governments
- Higher education institutions
- Community colleges
- Approved external partners or stakeholders
