Contract Type	This is a mandatory statewide term contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities, and community colleges – unless exempted by North Carolina general statute. Non-mandatory entities, including schools and local governments, may use this contract as allowed by general statute.
Contract Items and Pricing	Award & Pricing Information
Delivery Information	FOB destination Delivery to the ordering agency shall be included in the unit price. Estimated order to delivery time is 90 to 120 days. Delivery schedules are subject to change based on production schedules and product availability. Purchasing agencies are encouraged to stay in contact with the dealer regarding estimated delivery and potential issues that could cause a delay.
Substitutions	Substitutions are not permitted without prior approval from the Division of Purchase & Contract.
