Contract Covers	This contract is intended to cover the state’s normal requirements for brand specific and generic agricultural chemicals including fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, pesticides, and adjuvants.
Contract Does Not Cover	This contract does not cover fertilizers.
Mandatory Contract	This is a mandatory statewide term contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities, and community colleges, unless exempted by North Carolina general statute. Non-mandatory entities, including schools and local governments, may use this contract as allowed by general statute.
Minimum Order	The minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping is $500.00 for a single order. The state will be required to use this contract for orders less than the minimum order amount. However, in such cases, the order may be shipped prepaid and actual transportation charges may be added to the invoice as a separate line item. Additionally, products are available for local pickup from Green Resource at its Charlotte, Colfax, Garner, and Supply locations.
Delivery Information	Delivery shall be Free-On-Board (FOB) destination to any requested location within the State of North Carolina with all transportation costs and fees included in the total bid price.
Packaging and Storage	All items ordered shall adhere to the following packaging and storage requirements: Material shall be packed in new, unused containers of suitable materials, preferably recyclable (where available). All containers shall be properly labeled with the seller’s label as registered with the United States. Criteria outlined by the Environmental Protection Agency and the North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, if required. Each container shall be filled with products that meet the analysis guaranteed on the label. Each container shall contain no less than the amount of material indicated on the label. Chemicals shall be capable of storage for at least twelve (12) months from time of delivery at temperatures down to 0°F without crystallization or deterioration.
Safety Data Sheets	In addition to meeting federal and state law requirements concerning hazardous chemicals, a successful bidder shall forward with each invoice a proper and current Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Furthermore, the successful bidder shall furnish the state and/or its agencies additional SDS as requested. All items offered in this contract must be used according to the label(s) provided. Safety Data Sheets must be supplied with each shipment.
Taxes	Prices do not include North Carolina sales or use tax.
Warranty	Standard manufacturer’s warranty.
