| Special Note | Agencies must be registered as an MMCAP Infuse Participating Member Facility in order to use this contract. If your agency is not currently registered, please complete an MMCAP Infuse Member Application and email it to the Contract Manager. If you have questions or are unsure about your agency’s membership status, please contact the Contract Manager. |
| Delivery Information | Vendors shall complete delivery FOB destination to the buying entity within seven (7) consecutive calendar days after receipt of purchase order. For pressing need deliveries, vendors shall complete delivery within one (1) consecutive calendar day after receipt of a pressing need order. All invoices for a pressing order shall be accompanied by supporting documentation for any transportation costs included in the invoice. |
| Taxes | Prices do not include North Carolina sales or use tax. |
| Warranty | Vendors guarantee items offered to be free from any and all defects in material, packaging, and workmanship and agree to replace defective items promptly at no charge to the state, subject to the standard manufacturer’s warranty. |
| Substitutions | Substitutions are not permitted without prior approval from the Division of Purchase & Contract. |
