Contract Covers	This contract is intended to cover the state’s normal requirements for medical products from awarded vendors through the MMCAP Infuse cooperative purchasing agreement. Awarded vendors distribute medical products, supplies, services, equipment, and other non-pharmacy products. Contract Does Not Cover	This contract does not cover vaccines, prescription drugs and OTC items that are included in the portfolio of products in the pharmaceutical contract (STC 269A), or other products offered under existing statewide term contracts.
Convenience Contract	This is a convenience contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities, community colleges, and non-mandatory entities, including schools and local government.
Special Note	To use this contract, agencies MUST be a registered MMCAP Infuse participating member facility. If you are not currently a registered MMCAP Infuse participating facility, please complete the MMCAP Infuse Member Application and email it to the P&C Contract Manager listed below. Contact the P&C Contract Manager if you have questions and/or are unsure about your agency’s membership status.
Return Policy	Returned goods policies are set forth in the contract documents on the MMCAP Infuse website and are available from the awarded vendors upon request.
Taxes	Prices do not include North Carolina sales or use tax.
Order Placement	Orders are to be placed directly with the vendors; contact the vendors directly for product ordering procedures for orders placed outside of NC eProcurement.
Delivery Information	Delivery for Products under this agreement shall be FOB Destination unless otherwise agreed to by Vendor and Buyer in a purchase order.
