In accordance with the requirements of IFB 13-DOA12365142 we certify that the Used Oil Collection Services as required is hereby awarded to Noble Oil Services, Inc. The contract award will be for one (1) year effective September 1, 2022 and ending August 31, 2023 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms. Vendor’s percentage of NYMEX WTI CRUDE OIL BARREL to be paid to State Surplus Property under this contract shall be 0.65%

This contract may not be renewed, extended or amended without written approval from the Office of Fiscal Management. A fully executed copy of this contract will be attached to the purchase order for these services. Please keep the signed Acceptance of Proposal on file for future reference.
