Scope of Work:
Renovating the existing 15,000 SF building, adding 7,500 SF of new building as well as site improvements. The renovation will include all new building systems, new interior layout, and new aluminum storefront glazing throughout. The three-level addition will be added to the South corner of the existing building. Site improvements include adding additional parking, outdoor pedestrian gathering space and additional landscaping.
