Scope of Work:
The Martin County Board of Education anticipates an award of approximately $7.3 million dollars in local and state funds for the design and construction of a career-technical education center at 415 East Boulevard, Williamston, NC. This project consists of the demolition and renovation of roughly 62,000 square feet of former retail shopping center space to a career-technical education center, including replacement of asphalt parking lot space and exterior waste plumbing upgrades.
The board of education announces its intent to secure the services of a qualified school architectural/design firm to provide design, engineering, permitting, bidding, construction administration, project inspection, and related services for this project.
HUB certified vendors/contractors are encouraged to submit a bid for this project.
