Together we can bring our relatives home — the purpose of this Indian Child Welfare Gathering is to address American Indian adoption and foster care issues. On this day, tribal leaders and staff, case workers, NC court officials, Guardian Ad Litem staff, Commission of Indian Affairs staff and others will gather to help our Indigenous children.
This event will help bridge the gap among tribal leaders, state agencies, court officials, and service providers to learn best practices for implementing NC Indian child welfare policy and improving outcomes for Native children and families.
***Please note that registration for this event is now closed. Due to overwhelming interest, we have reached full capacity. Same-day or late registration will not be available.
