Archived HUB Construction Expenditure Reporting
This page contains archived material from the Office for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB). The state budget enacted in July 2026 by the NC General Assembly eliminated the HUB Office. The NC Small Business Enterprise Program will move to the Division of Purchase & Contract, with more details coming soon. We are grateful for your support during this transition.
Construction expenditure reports reflect expenditures made by state agencies, community colleges, state universities, public school systems and other public entities.
Reporting Periods
