The application period for 2026-2027 DV and SA state grants is now open. Please click the link below to access the application. Please note, applications are only accepted through the EBS grant management system and an NCID is required to access EBS.
Upon receipt and review of the application you will receive feedback from the division regarding any missing information. Please see the application for deadlines to address corrections.

Year 2 of the Biennium (Renewal & New Applicant Cycle)

| DV & SA Center Applications Open | New applicants seeking eligibility and current grantees seeking year two eligibility will complete and submit the same application. New applicants deemed eligible and funded, will receive a one-year award for the upcoming fiscal year only (no renewal option). | March 27, 2026 |
| Applications Due | Upload application forms and required attachments to the EBS grants management system; update and certify grantee profile | May 8, 2026 |
| Award/Declination Notices Issued | Notices available in the EBS grants management system. | June 15–June 30, 2026 (or sooner) |
| Approved Grantees Submit Actual Year 2 Budget | In EBS grants management system. | After July 1, 2026 |
Accessing the Grant Management System
The Division for Women & Youth utilizes the Enterprise Business Service (EBS) Grants Management System. The system allows grantees & Division for Women and Youth staff to:
- Create and execute agreements
- Submit actual budget and budget change requests
- Submit expenditure and reimbursement reports
- Approve grant payments/reimbursements
- Monitor/track grant progress
- Conduct research and analysis
