| Order Placement | All contract users (state agencies, departments, institutions, universities, community colleges, and non-mandatory entities including schools and local governments) are required to execute an Acceptance Agreement for services. All applicable contract terms exist in the Master Agreement R-BB 19002 and the State of North Caolina Participating Agreement 983B. The minimum contract duration is thirty-six (36) months for all users.
