DOA's State Parking Division is responsible for managing over 8,500 spaces in 26 locations for employees and visitors to the North Carolina State Government Complex in downtown Raleigh. In addition, State Parking coordinates alternative options for employees and all parking operations & maintenance.

State-owned parking facilities will be FREE to the public on June 20, 2026, for the Carolina Hurricanes Stanley Cup Parade. See the map below for exact locations and availability.
Employee Commuting
Employees are encouraged to use programs available for commuting to work to reduce driving costs and reduce demand for parking. Click here for more information on commuting options, including GoPass updates.

Pink lots in the interactive map are for visitors. Buses must park in the red lot. Employee parking areas (shaded yellow or purple) may be open to the public after hours.
