Requests to Use an Alternative Disposal Method

IMPORTANT CHANGE: All Disposals must be requested through our AssetWorks software system. We no longer process requests via email submission.

Please use the template below for all Law Enforcement Retirement Side Arm purchase requests.  This form should be attached to your submission in AssetWorks.
